Q. Do you finance the homes?

A. No, Urban Garden Homes, Incorporated is a home builder only; if you do not already have a lender, we will refer you to a mortgage lender.

Q. I am a first time buyer, what can I expect?

A. The staff at Urban Garden Homes, Incorporated is experienced, patient and willing to assist first time or seasoned buyers.

Q. What quality standards do you use?

A. Urban Garden Homes, Incorporated permits each home construction and is rigorously inspected by the City of Houston Building Code Enforcement; our craftsman are vetted for workmanship as well as understanding and adherence to building codes.

Q. I am concerned about flooding in Houston.

A. Our home design uses Raised Floor Living as feature to help minimize risk from flood damage. While there are no guarantees for flood free living, our design along with adherence to building guidelines offers less worry about flooding.

Q. I have always wanted a custom home, can I pick colors?

A. Urban Garden Homes, Incorporated is not a custom home builder. However, once you have toured our model and selected a plan and lot, you will have the opportunity to select certain fixtures and finishes, thereby creating your perfect place to call home.

Q. I am currently leasing, when will my home be ready?

A. The construction time is typically 90 - 120 days. Many factors can affect the time to construct your home such as weather delays and permits/inspections.
